About Us

1993 was the year Intermedia was born, Steve Tandy a young budding plugger had the ambition of creating the biggest independent regional promotions team! 14 years later that's exactly what we are!!

Our successes have been rewarded by winning 3 Music Week Awards in 2001, 2003 & 2004 as well as the 2006 'Radio Academy Regional Plugger of the Year'.

Radio

As part of our service we cover all UK commercial and BBC local radio including specialist shows across a wide variety of genres. We are able to tailor packages to suit the needs of each individual client and project. This can vary from a select service to the tastemaker DJ's and stations to build a foundation of support, through to a full service that covers all UK regional radio. Our team have strong relationships with all heads of music, producers and DJs at all radio groups including GCAP, EMAP, Chrysalis, UTV and all other stations across the UK which we have established over many years.

To maximise the exposure of a release, we also arrange radio tours, interviews and sessions, event performances, and cease all opportunities to make each campaign as successful as possible.

Television

As part of our service we can cover regional television stations including all music shows, entertainment programmes and news rooms relevant to an artist
