PAUL CHANTLER is an award-winning radio programmer with 24 successful years in the UK radio industry

He has worked in a variety of formats including CHR, Hot AC, Adult Contemporary and Newstalk.

Paul has experience in radio presentation, production and programme management and has been Group Programme Director at three of the UK's biggest radio groups.

He was responsible for launching two UK regional youth format stations, Galaxy 101 and Vibe FM, as well as Dublin-based FM speech station NewsTalk 106.

Paul is now an international radio programming consultant advising companies about audience-building strategies and tactics throughout the UK, Europe and Asia as well as helping with hands-on training of presenters and journalists.

Paul is an expert in writing UK commercial radio licence applications and has been involved in a number of winning bids by creating attractive new and successful formats.
